ABOUT THE LECTIO DIVINA TRUST

The LECTIO DIVINA TRUST has been set up to promote Christian meditation around the Midlands and beyond.

It does so by organising the Stress & Christian Meditation courses in public places like village halls, leisure and community centre. The LD trust also works in partnership with adult education colleges offering the course on their adult education programmes.

The LD trust furthermore offer the SCM course to companies and statutory bodies.

The trust is supervised by four trustees and we now have attained charitable status (no.1126155).

Gert Glasius is the director and organiser of Lectio Divina. Gert has been a spiritual mentor for over 15 years and has helped people with their spiritual journey in different parts of the country. Meditation has been part of his life for many years. While a minister of a Baptist Church in the Midlands he developed the Stress & Christian Meditation Course.
