Course Details:
The Stress and Western Meditation course is for all those who experience stress and would like to learn meditation to help them deal with stress better. Meditation has a proven track record in making people feel calm and restful and many practitioners report an improved capacity to deal with daily pressures.
The course offers a basic understanding on the causes of stress and teaches a number of meditation skills mainly from western traditions. At the end of the course participants will be equipped to practise meditation at home.
There is a small charge £2.00 per session to cover cost.
